Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to accept unwanted products purchased within 7 days of sale providing they are in “as new” condition for re-sale along with original proof of purchase. Any specially ordered or manufactured product or part cannot be accepted for return. Returns to GCTS are subject to a 10% re-stocking fee. All freight and delivery charges for return of any product, part or trailer to GCTS premises will be at customer’s expense.
